“A Great Place to Stay for Rest and Relaxation at Norfork Lake, away from the hustle & bustle of Hotels and Motels”

Welcome to “Cozzens Country Cabins Bed and Breakfast! We are in the process of changing our resort cabins to B&B cabins. We have cabin 1, “The Cottage”, completed. As each cabin is completed, your options will increase. We plan to have 5, total, cabins in the future. Cabin 2, “The Vineyard”, Cabin 3, “Mark’s Retreat”, Cabin 5, “Southern Comfort”, and cabin 6, “The Meadow”. 

    The cabins will retain their rustic quality, but kicked up a notch!!

Each cabin will be more open and bright, the bathroom’s larger, and there will be the fluffy towels we come to appreciate at a B&B. You will have your own sitting area outside where you can relax.

 If you want to B-B-Q, there are B-B-Q’s provided. If you want to sit by a campfire, it will be ready for you.  

    Breakfast will be brought to your cabin, at a time picked by you between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00am. You will get a home cooked meal each morning. Your breakfast will be delivered to you in a basket. When you leave for the day, we will pick up your breakfast dishes and reset your table for the next day. You will get an evening snack each night. You will get the quality treatment expected from a B&B, within the privacy of your own cabin. You will continue to get daily room service for your towels and trash.  

   You will be out in a country setting, but close enough to town that you will be able to enjoy all that this great area has to offer. Norfork Lake is one of the best kept secrets and so beautiful. You can enjoy the lake activities; boating, fishing, swimming, or just staring off in the distance and enjoying the view. There are hiking and biking trails. You can go horseback riding, antique shopping, or just go for a beautiful scenic drive. In the fall, the changing leaf colors are fantastic! In the spring, the blooms are glorious! Take advantage of the fall, winter, and spring seasons, and get that peace and quiet for good relaxation. Sit back and watch the multitude of birds. Finish that favorite book of yours, or enjoy one of the many books we keep in the cabins. 

    We can all use a little R&R. We offer packages for the romantic get-away. We can make the arrangements for you for your choice of activities that you want to partake in. Just let us know what you would like to do and we will do the rest. If you are not sure of what you want to do right away; then when you arrive, we will help you as much as you want. You only need to come and relax. We want this to be a lasting and wonderful memory for you.  

   Please join us in our little paradise. We will make this a great retreat just for you. While you are here you may see our little mascot, Spanky, although she is not so little. She likes to make sure the grounds are safe, and she may come to visit you. A little scratching will go a long way. She will not stay long; she has her chores to do you know.
