Policies

The weekly rate reflects a 6-night stay with the 7^th night free at our standard rates. There is an additional 9% tax. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. There is a 25% ($30.00 minimum) deposit on each reservation with the balance paid upon arrival.

If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your reservation date, your deposit will be refunded; less $30+tax service fee. If you cancel 30 days or less, there will be no refund. You will be responsible to pay for all days reserved regardless of late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather.
